Position: Chairman
Mr. Berns has been the Chairman of the Corporation since its incorporation on April 16, 2004.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce as well as Juris Doctor from Hofstra Law School.
Mr. Berns has been a Partner with the law firm of Berns & Berns since 1981. He has extensive experience with junior mining companies primarily in the areas of corporate structure, finance and securities law. Mr. Berns is an entrepreneur and has formed and built a number of successful companies. He currently serves as an officer and director of several private and public companies.

Position: Director
Mr. Gingerich, P. Geo., joined the Company's board of directors in March of 2006. A professional geophysicist (APGO) with over 25 years experience, Mr. Gingerich left Noranda/Falconbridge in October 2002, and formed Geotechnical Business Solutions (GBS), a company focused on the development, financing and implementation of new or advanced technology.

Position: Director
Mr. Orr has been a director of the Corporation since its incorporation on April 16, 2004.
He is currently President, CEO & Director of Bactech Mining Corporation, a public mining company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Mr. Orr has extensive experience with junior companies primarily in the areas of finance, corporate development and acquisitions.

Position: CFO / Secretary
Mr. Nagy, CA, is a financial and accounting consultant and serves as chief financial officer for other companies as well as Golden Odyssey. He has extensive experience in accounting and in financial reporting for junior resource companies.
